CORPORATE PROFILE

Pydee Engineering Company Limited has been serving the industry since 1931 and was incorporated in 1946, specializing in design, layout, distribution, manufacturing, sales, installation, and service of material handling equipment and related products, custom, structural and miscellaneous metal fabrication, and machining. Our plant is CWB certified and we have current welding procedures for the Boiler ASME codes. Pydee Engineering has a Quality Program in accordance with CSA B51 and the Manitoba Steam and Pressure Plant Act. We are a recognized company in crane manufacturing, load test certification and crane maintenance as per CSA B167-96 and the CMAA guidelines.

Pydee Engineering has integrated with Herzog Mechanical Ltd., which specializes in millwrighting and brings 30 years of experience in plant relocations, equipment installations, and regular maintenance contracting and maintenance shutdowns. We employ qualified tradesmen including millwrights, welders, ironworkers, boilermakers, pipe fitters, carpenters, and electricians.

Pydee Engineering Company Ltd. can provide you with supply, installation and maintenance of any equipment with qualified tradesmen. We have been audited by the Manitoba Construction Saftey Association and have received COR Certification.

In House and Contracted Mechanical and Structural Design and Engineering for specialized equipment, conveyors, overhead cranes and monorails.
In House and Contracted Civil Engineering for machine foundations and related concrete requirements.
In House Plant layout, process/product/material flow analysis and recommendations.
Custom designed production equipment.
Overhead Cranes and Hoist Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Load Testing, Inspection, Service and Certification.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We also offer a complete turnkey machinery solution to any of our clients. We perform a "Customer Needs" evaluation, equipment search and selection, machine purchase, foundation design and construction, machinery shipping and installation and commissioning.
